DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

Gagne & O'Halloran, LLC is conveniently located in downtown Milwaukee at 735 North Water Street on the southwest corner of Water Street and Mason Street in the City Center at Seven Thirty Five building.  We are one block north of Wisconsin Avenue on Water Street.  Complimentary parking is available by pulling into the 731 valet area, which is the first driveway south of our building entrance, on Water Street (not the “100 East” parking garage). You will receive a green or blue ticket.  The 731 valet area is open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  If you are arriving prior to 9 a.m., you may leave your car at the 209 E. Mason Street parking garage, on the southeast corner of Water and Mason Streets.   

From the West 

I-94 east to I-794 East via Exit 310C, on the left toward Lakefront/Port of Milw.  Take the St. Paul Ave/James Lovell St exit, Exit 1H. Keep right to take the St. Paul Avenue ramp.  Turn left onto North Water Street.  The 731 valet area is approximately ½ block past Wisconsin Avenue, on the left.

From the North

I-43 south to the McKinley exit, Exit 73A.  Take a slight Left onto WI-145 E.  Stay straight to go onto McKinley Avenue.  McKinley becomes E. Knapp; proceed east to Water Street.  Turn right onto Water Street and proceed south to the 731 valet area (first driveway south of Mason Street).

From the South

I-43N/I-94W north to I-794 East via Exit 310C.  Take the Plankinton Avenue exit, Exit 1D.  Slight left onto N. Plankinton Avenue.  Turn right onto W. Michigan.  Turn left onto N. Water Street.  The 731 valet area is approximately ½ block past Wisconsin Avenue, on the left.
